John Rourke, owner and operator of Rourke Fine Home Building LLC, has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. A graduate of Boston College with a degree in finance, John knows what it takes to keep your home construction on time and within budget. Starting with small homes in Wolfeboro, he has developed over 130 projects in the Lakes Region to become the area's preferred builder. Known for quality craftsmanship and outstanding design, John and his team have built many diverse and original homes around Lake Winnipesaukee.
With his extensive experience John has been on both sides of the closing table more times than he can count. He has helped clients purchase, sell and construct primary residences and vacation homes, while personally contributing to the development of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. I've always loved New Hampshire's Lakes Region. I moved here with my family and founded Rourke Fine Home Building more than 30 years ago. Since then, I've developed five subdivisions and constructed over 130 homes with dozens being on the waterfront. When you've been building in the same area for as long as I have, you become part of the community's growth. Working, living and raising my children here, I connect with the wants and needs of the people who also want to experience the Lakes Region lifestyle that I have been blessed to enjoy.

Asst Construction CoordinatorBrian Rourke launched his construction career after proudly serving our country in the Iraq War as a member of the 101st Airborne unit. First honing his skills to become a master carpenter, he then utilized his unwavering attention to detail to develop management skills. This skill set has led him to oversee multimillion-dollar projects, ranging from the grounds of the Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires of Massachusetts to waterfront homes on the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Winnipesaukee. No detail is too small to escape Brian's eye, whether it be a starter home or an elaborate waterfront home. He is always steps ahead in the process, which is the result of his lengthy experience, having completed the task at hand himself. In his spare time, Brian can often be found boating on the lake or snowmobiling.
Kyle Rourke embodies a native's devotion to the Lakes Region, where his passion for construction was nurtured since his youth. Summers spent in his family's business honed his industry knowledge, while his academic pursuits at Brewster Academy and Bryant University culminated in a double major in Finance and Applied Analytics, with a minor in Management, fortifying his construction pursuits. Kyle's seamless transition to full-time within the company underscored his comprehensive understanding of operations. His multifaceted role encompasses planning, estimating, sales, subcontractor oversight, and managerial support. Outside the office, Kyle enjoys boating on Lake Winnipesaukee in the summer and skiing in the winter, affirming his bond with the region.
