We have had the experience of building four houses and renovating several other properties. Working with Rourke Fine Home Building has been the most enjoyable by far. This build was done while we were in Florida for the winter and could have made the process a little more challenging, not so. Communication was frequent and concise. Brian, the site foreman, is meticulous with detail. Kyle was always available to answer my questions and communicate and implement all of our decisions to the subs. John kept a pulse throughout and followed up with every detail. This is by far the best quality home we have built. The craftsmanship is second to none. The lay-out and attention to small details has made this house our favorite by far.

Shout out to Rourke Builders for building our new home in Wolfeboro! It was an adventure building a new home across the country as we relocated from California to NH. Rourke not only delivered, but exceeded our expectations being on time, accommodating with solutions, and they built a solid home we'll be happy in for years to come. There were a few challenges, and communications / updates could have been more frequent given the long distance build, but John, Martina, Brian and George were easy to work with from concept, to delivery of keys, through the guarantee period in the contract. I recently had the pleasure of working with John and Martina from Rourke Fine Home Building to renovate my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the finished product, and I was.

Throughout the project, they communicated with me regularly, keeping me updated on their progress, sending photos, and addressing any concerns or questions that I had. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the renovation was completed to the highest standard.

One thing that serpareted them from other builders I had spoke with was they used an online management platform that enabled me to monitor and activiely involved in the project start to finish. They truly went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the final result, and their willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.
