Rourke Builders LLC has 12 years of experience building, designing and renovating homes and commercial buildings in the Lakes Region. Over that time, we have fine tuned all the departments in our company to be able to work closely with town government and the various zoning boards.

Owner, John Rourke, was on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Wolfeboro for 3 years as well, so he has first hand knowledge not only from the building side but also the overview side. We have developed strong relationships with the choicest vendors and master craftsman that partner with our company to build the finest product with expediency.

Our Real Estate Team:

Teresa and Brian Smith are husband and wife, both brokers.  They started working together in real estate in 1996, and have worked as a team since then. Teresa earned her real estate license in Florida in 1991, and had worked in the property management side of real estate for nearly 20 years prior to 1996.  She was an owner of a number of units, and taught property management in MTMA School. 

Later she was marketing and training director for Robertson Properties over 14 states and a regional property manager, supervising over 4400 units in 3 states.  She worked for the Flatley Company in New Hampshire prior to getting her NH real estate license and broker’s license in 1996.  

Brian graduated from Bowdoin College, worked for the U.S. Government, and spent 25 years working in sales and marketing divisions of IBM.  He was a manager on the NYNEX account (one of IBM’s largest accounts).  He earned his real estate license in 1996 and his broker’s license in 1997.

They have worked at Prudential Crain, ERA Masiello, and Keller Williams in Nashua.

Teresa and Brian have been frequent visitors to Wolfeboro over the past fifteen years, and are now part of the Wolfeboro community.
